Currently, our production lines are four:
-pasta of durum wheat
semolina which includes all traditional formats such as macaroni, penne, spaghetti
and short shapes from broth.
-pasta extruded through bronze
(new)
-egg pasta which includes both short pasta such
as garganelli, strozzapreti, the butterflies that long pasta such as tagliatelle, noodles, the finest, lasagne and tagliatelle straw. We also manufacture pasta broth
- Special pasta (new): tagliatelle with chocolate, porcini mushrooms and truffles, pasta with
kamut and spelled pasta.
