We produce pasta, selecting fresh eggs and with a high protein content.
We produce the following formats:
- noodles (tagliatelle)
- tagliolini, recommended with seafood sauces.
- Finissime: thin noodles cook in the broth recommended
- tagliatelle stray and hay (with spinach)
- Lasagne or pappardelle: are of the width dimension and thicker than the other types
